This means making sure that you get a proper amount of exercise on a regular basis, and only this combined with the proper diet will allow you to be able to lose weight.
This is not just the safest way but this is the only way if you really want to keep the weight off long-term, and so if this is what you are interested in then you are really going to have to take some time so that you can come up with the best diet and physical activity regime possible. Even if you feel as though you do not have any spare time to do something like this, make sure that you take the time because nothing is more important than your health.
